About Me… hmm what to put in here, should it be things that are all business related or the fact I broke my arm in 2 places when I was 5… well here it goes:

Basics: Born in Philadelphia. Raised in Bucks County, Pa. Oldest of 3 siblings.  Graduated from Lansdale Catholic High School and  from Shippensburg University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

After graduation from SHIP and two HR internships, I entered the corporate HR world as an Human Resouce Representative at the Frankling Mint Federal Credit Union. I quickly gravitated towards the Recruiting piece of HR and learned as much as possible about recruitment of professionals.  I was recruited to ERM to work as a College Recruiter/University Relations, where I managed the hiring process for 22 offices and College Recruiting process. In Early 2001 I was recruited to a small start up staffing firm, InSource Inc.  In a short time we made the Phila 100 (Twice) and the Inc 500 as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the USA.  Starting in December of 2004 I started to invest in myself with education on creating multiple income streams for retirement and wealth creation. In December 2005  I started a Real Estate Investment company and Small Business Consulting company which I remain currently involved with both on a part time basis.  In January of 2006 I joined TWC Group (now Tapfin) as a Recruitment Consultant where I consulted on projects at Solstice Software and DuPont.

Marty McDonald has more than ten years of Recruiting and HR experience, with particular expertise in Information Technology recruiting across a variety of industries and skill sets.  He has also successfully filled positions in Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting/ Finance, Legal, Sales and Marketing.  Mr. McDonald utilizes all methods of sourcing, including: networking, cold calling, internet mining, on-campus interviewing and advertising.
